Many changes have taken place in the field of public administration and education in the world and Turkey in recent years. It is necessary to understand these changes, to adapt to these changes, and for the departments of public administration to reshape their curricula and education methods and techniques in accordance with these changes. It is also important to deliberate and discuss how to increase quality in public administration education, research and publications. For this purpose; the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Süleyman Demirel University organized a workshop on public administration education in Isparta on 13 October 2015. Academicians from 16 universities, bureaucrats from different public organizations and students participated in this workshop. This study aims to discuss the changes that have taken place in the field of public administration and education in the world and Turkey in recent years, and then to present and discuss the outcomes of this workshop.
