Culture constitutes the unique characteristics of the society that creates the material and spiritual values that each society conveys from generation to generation. Thus, the culture exhibits a identity that allows the society to be separated from other societies. At the same time, culture is a structure in which social events and facts are reflected. This reflection is reflected in everyday life as well as the products contained in the culture circle. The folk products, which have a cultural structure, exhibit a characteristic that reflects the tradition of the region in which they are located. This also applies to folk songs that are folk literature products. The folk songs we see as a poem read with a certain melody successfully process and convey the traditions of the local people and the socio-cultural structure of their traditions. This situation also affects the content of folk songs. General issues; love, longing, separation, religion, death, historical event etc. the fact that the topics even exhibit local characteristics reinforces this argument. The Van recorded as a result of the compilations in this study will be evaluated according to folk music topics and local concepts and expressions will be indicated. The intensity of the subjects covered in folk songs will be studied.
