In consequence of civil war which began in Syria in 2011, Turkey has accepted mass of refugees, which has not been seen throughout history, with temporary protection status. Immigrations coming to Turkey have caused different consequences by increasing in a very short time with applied open door implementation. Among the consequences resulting from immigrations from Syria, it has also been observed changes in social security policies besides innovations in implementations of social security. In this study, with the results of Syria immigrations in social security field, implementations in this issue will be examined, policies in this issue will be drawn attention with results and suggestion concerning implementations in this issue.

2011 yılında Suriye’de başlayan iç savaş sonucu Türkiye, tarihi boyunca görülmemiş bir sığınmacı kitlesini geçici koruma statüsünde kabul etmiştir. Türkiye’ye gelen göçler uygulanan açık kapı uygulamasıyla çok kısa sürede artarak ortaya farklı sonuçlar çıkarmıştır. Suriye’den gelen göçlerin neden olduğu sonuçlar arasında Türkiye’nin sosyal güvenlik alanında uygulamalarındaki yeniliklerin yanında sosyal güvenlik politikalarında da değişimler görülmüştür. Bu çalışmada Suriye göçlerinin sosyal güvenlik alanındaki sonuçlar ile birlikte bu konudaki uygulamalar incelenecek, bu konudaki uygulamalara ilişkin sonuç ve önerilerle bu konudaki politikalara dikkat çekilecektir.
