For city logistics, the infrastructure and planning of the city, the existence and quality of bicycle paths, regulations regarding public transport and pedestrian traffic are important. These regulations also affect the level of satisfaction of city residents with the city they live in. For this reason, in this study, primarily, the current situation perceptions of the city residents regarding city logistics and their importance assessment levels were compared. For this purpose, data were collected from 1708 people in Turkey through questionnaires. The participants were asked to evaluate the city logistics situation of the city they lived in and to indicate their level of importance for this situation. As a result of the analysis, the highest difference between the current situation and the level of importance is that the road surface is smooth for the infrastructure dimension, the traffic density is suitable for the urban planning dimension, the presence of suitable roads for bicycle transportation for the bicycle path dimension, the well-maintained and clean public transport vehicles for the public transport dimension. It has been determined that there is a need for pedestrian priority in traffic for the pedestrian traffic dimension. In the study, the effect of city logistics dimensions on urban life satisfaction was analyzed with the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the dimensions of pedestrian traffic, infrastructure and public transportation significantly affect city life satisfaction. City planning and bike path dimensions did not significantly affect urban life satisfaction.
