The world sometimes has to fight a global outbreak like in the beginning of 2020. The World Health Organization has declared COVID-19, a global outbreak (Pandemic), caused by a new type of coronavirus, which is seen in Wuhan, China, and spreading all over the world. Such extraordinary situations that have happened from time to time in the history of the world affect life in many ways. As in the whole world, many institutions and organizations are working in our country to minimize the negative effects of the disease. Spiritual-religious support has an important place in overcoming the difficulties experienced during the period of Pandemic. The Presidency of Religious Affairs (PRA), which is responsible for carrying out widespread religious education activities in our country, has also organized some activities with the aim of religious services and religious-moral support. The purpose of our study is to evaluate the opinions and suggestions of the personnel of the institution participating in the application in terms of the conditions under which the studies carried out in this process, level of competence and development. In this article, the semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. Face to face interviews was made with fifteen institutional staff via WhatsApp. In line with the findings, it was observed that the personnel of the institution were aware of many of the activities carried out by PRA and were partially involved in these activities. In addition, the participants found the activities in place and correct, but also stated that there had been some setbacks. It was determined that they have made views and assessments towards the elimination of the problems experienced in the process.
