Declaration of the II. Constitutional Monarchy revived the idea of the union of decrepit and created a relative cooperation between the elements. However, this cooperation soon gave way to tension and then conflict. The attempts of the Cretan nationalist Greeks to annex the island to Greece met with the reaction of the Muslim-Turkish people. A boycott was held against Greek citizens. As a result of the heavy defeat of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkan Wars and the belief that the Greek Community played an important role in this defeat, a boycott was also held against the Greeks who are the Ottoman citizens. The tragedy of the Balkan Wars brought about the pressure on the Greek community. This article focuses on the Greek immigration firstly in the year of 1914 in Thrace and then in Western Anatolia. The political, social and cultural conditions that led to the Greek migration will be evaluated. Stages and the effects of the migration and its international reflections will be the large part of the article.
