There are many factors in evolvement of environmental conscience. This study will give us an approach for how environmental courses in public administration Schedule effects on environmental conscience as education factor in many factors which effects on environmental conscience. In order to define relation between environmental courses and environmental conscience, new environmental paradigm scale, which is developed by Dunlap and Van Liere in 1978 and is revised in 2000, will apply on public administration’s students who are taken environmental courses or not in Mustafa Kemal University and Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University. While analyzing questionnaire, frequency analysis, T-Test, F(ANOVA) Test and correlation analysis method will be used. As a result of this study, whether environmental conscience is changing according to age, education and sex this result will be discussed with regard to Public administration environmental courses.
