This study was conducted to seek answers to three questions in order to bring moral as a corporate logic to organizational theory literature’s agenda. 1) What are the dominant values of moral as a corporate logic? 2) What sort of forming power does moral have on administrative actors as a corporate logic? Within the scope of these questions, this study is based on an examination on the basis of Kutadgu Bilig. On the basis of the above-mentioned questions and the examination that was conducted, it was determined that justice, favor-usefulness, equality, humanity, and tolerance are the dominant values of moral corporate logic. In addition, the results of the research indicate that as a corporate logic, moral has an important forming effect on administrative actors in defining the tasks of the ruler and how he/she performs these tasks, identifying the characteristics that he/she should have, and controlling the power supply required for the principality.
